Kitchen/Diner: A well equipped handmade kitchen with cottage tiled floor, comprises ample work surface, electric cooker/grill/oven ,microwave and refrigerator.
A pine table and chairs complete this room which leads directly onto the patio/garden area.
Lounge: Leads directly from kitchen/diner via feature sandstone doorway, The cottage tiles are carried through but have overlying rugs, the lounge features built in pine corner cupboard, pine TV unit and cottage style three piece suite. The balcony bedroom leads off this room with a handmade oak and metal stairway.

Bathroom: Fitted bathroom featuring full size bath. All units are handmade in pine, the oil fired central heating boiler is in this room incorporating the airing cupboard.
The whole cottage has central heating, which also heats all your hot water.
Bedroom: The cottage tiles are carried through into the bedroom which again has overlying rugs. There is a full double wardrobe and double pine bed with pine bedside cabinets, a cheval mirror, chest of drawers and occasional chairs complete this room.

Outside: Large driveway provides parking for two vehicles, there is a paved patio area for outdoor dining which is directly from the kitchen. The cottage has a flagstone path all around and the guests have complete access to their own large garden area.
