How To Find us

The cottage's are located on Grinshill 7 miles north of Shrewsbury. Follow the A49 (N) towards Whitchurch. In the village of Preston Brockhurst the A49 turns sharp right.
Bear left at this bend (signposted Clive) past BT phone box. After 1 mile and at the crest of the bank, you will see a left turn (Corbet Wood Picnic Area). After half a mile down this single track road you will see a lane on the left with sign (Unsuitable For Motors!). Mr. and Mrs. Good live in the second property on the left. The cottage's are set in its own grounds about 400 yards away . The woodland starts 5 yards from the cottage gate!

Bridgenorth  the half timbered Market Hall dominates High Town. Or take the Cliff Railway down to Low Town and the steam railway http://www.svr.co.uk 1 hour drive. Church Stretton - Little Switzerland, hill walks and challenging golf course. http://www.churchstretton.co.uk 1 hour drive. Welshpool - gateway to Mid Wales. A delightful market town. 1 hour drive 2 hours to coast. Ellesmere - Shropshires lake district. Take a boat trip on one of the lakes or stroll along the canal to the marina. Oswestry - Ancient earthworks such as Offa's Dyke and the Iron Age Hill Fort at Old Oswestry, which is chronicles in the folklore of King Arthur as the birthplace of Queen Guinevere. http://www.oswestrytourism.co.uk also home to the Cambrian Railway Trust. http://www.cambrianrailwaystrust.com  The North Wales coast and Snowdonia are within easy reach for days out.
