1. Initial Payment:
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of £50.00 / weeks booked. However, if the booking is made within 6 weeks of the holiday commencement date, full rental will be required.

2. Balance:
The balance of the hire will be due 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday. In the event of failure to pay the balance by the due date we reserve the right to Re-let the cottage. Every attempt will be made to contact you before we do so.

3. Booking cancellation:
In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to Re-let the cottage if given sufficient notice. If successful a refund will be made less an administration fee of £25.00. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

4. Number in party:
The number of people staying in the cottage must not exceed the stated number booked. Charges are for two people, see brochure/webpage for more than two.

5. Hirer's responsibilities:
The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it. Damage to the property, fittings or missing items will be charged at replacement price.

6. Pets:
Pets are only accepted by prior arrangement. One pet is included in the rental.

7. Smoking:
The cottage's are NON-SMOKING.
